Boot Camp For Beginners (BCFB)
- Is exercise something new to you?
- Are you afraid to join our boot camp because you've heard horror stories?
- Can you NOT perform high impact aerobic exercise because you are extremely overweight?
- Do you require low impact exercises?
- Are you 55 and older?
- Are you under the age of 18?
- Are you 100 pounds or more over weight?
- Has your doctor advised you to loose weight?
If you have answered yes to one or more of the questions above, then I have the perfect program for you.
INTRODUCING The BCFB program
The boot camp for beginners program is a 4-week training program designed to teach you all the boot camp exercises in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Our instructors will make sure that you understand the purpose of each exercise and that you are performing each exercise safely and effectively. This is a 60 minute class.
Once you have completed the 4-week training program, you will receive your certificate of completion and graduate to the next level.
The BCFB program will only be offered on Mondays at 7:00pm & Saturdays at 10:00am The cost of the program is $25 per class. You will be required to attend 2x per week
